Abs Love them or Hate them
When it comes to our abs we become obsessed. We spend hours in the gym doing crunches or sit ups. We ask our friends and neighbors what should I do for my stomach?
We often ask the experts what is the best exercise to lose my big tummy? This is a question that if you ask ten personal trainers you could get ten different answers.
So you may ask me what makes me think I have the right answer? I would respond with, experience. I have trained numerous body builders and figure competitors and have helped them get to the next level. And yes I do have a six pack and I am going to tell you how to get one to. That is if that is what you want.
