Body-Builders and Figure Competitors

If you are a body-builders or a figure competitor you have a whole set of rules just for you. The way you eat the way you train even the way you tan can decide weather you win or lose.

Lets talk about your training. How you look determines how you train. I can honestly say I have never seen anyone with to much muscle. Yes even in figure. You just have to make sure you are not to hard.
Pose as much as you can in the mirror and work on any flaws you find.
