Competitors-Food and
Water is the Key

The competitors-food page is designed for you if you are on track for doing a show.

If you are 20 to 24 weeks out you should be eating a lot of good clean foods. Oatmeal,eggs, bonless skinless chicken breast,lean steak brown rice and yams. These foods a great for building muscle and putting on weight.

If you are 12 to 24 weeks out you should start reducing your calories. Eat the same foods just reduce the amounts.

If you are 6 to 12 weeks out you need to change everything. Your new foods are Fish. I recomend orange roughy,salmon, and tuna. Greenbeans will be the majority of your carbs. Small amounts of oatmeal and yams.

If you are 2 to 6 weeks out reduce your calories even more. You should also start cutting back on carbs.

The last 2 weeks are the most crucial. This is when you need to start adjusting the amount of water you drink as well as the carbing down and up process. since everyone is different it would be difficult to give any advice without some one on one time.

A competitors-food and supplements should be high quality. So when you make your choice don't let the prices scare you away. What you put in you body determines what the outside looks like.
