Family Actavities to keep you all Healthy
Is your family obese. The latest numbers says 2 out of three adults are obese and over half of our children are over weight. The bad news is it is getting worse. The good news is I have some tips on how we can fix the problem in our own house .
I know it is easier to come home from a hard days work sit on the couch eat dinner while we are watching television. If we want to be healthy we need to do something different.
I am going to address several areas such as
shared meals,
family time
video games
and group fitness.
All this leads to a
healthy lifestyle.
I'm not saying its going to be easy but it can be fun. If you
take my advice and do the things I am recommending you will notice a change. Not only in your physical appearance and health but also in the way you interact with each other.
The important thing is to come up with some fun and easy ways to spend time together. I have several ideas that I am more then happy to share with you. If you have some ideas I encourage you to share your ideas and experiences.
