Group-Training
Equals Family Fun

Group-training can be a lot of fun especially if you are doing it with people you know and like. It can be done a couple of different ways. The most popular way is to set it up like a boot camp.

I like the boot camp method unless you are working with children then I like to make it more of a game. The idea is to make it as much fun as possible and still get results.

Group-training can be family time if everyone participate. I think this would be a great way to spend an evening because it not only helps you get healthy it also gives you time together.

When you are working out as a family unit it is important to remember that you all have different strong points and you need to make sure everyone stay in there safty zone. This a good reason to use a Certified personal-trainer .

When you are doing group training it is very easy to get caught up in conversation and that is ok just make sure you keep working while you are talking.
