Health and Fitness equals Happier and Longer Life
There are a lot of us who have health issues. Some of them need medical attention, but a large percentage of them we can take care of our selves.
A lot of our conditions are caused by being over weight,over eating or poor nutrition. So if we make some simple changes in our daily routine we can eleminate a lot of our problems and save money on doctor visits and medication.
People have a lot of reasons why they can't exercise. The one I hear the most is " I don't have time." My response is there are 168 hours in a week and you can't find 5? Thats right all you need are 5 hours a week to get started on a cleaner lifestyle.
After you have been working out for a while 4 things are going to happen.

3)You will start to enjoy the workouts
4)You will start to workout longer
It won't happen overnight but it will happen just be patient.
