A healthy-lifestyle, what does that mean? Let's start with eating. I know it seems like I a ramming nutrition down your thorat but it really is the key to everything. Since we all have to eat let's get the most out of it.
I'm not saying we can't ever eat fast foods I am suggesting we keep it to a minimum. Save it for speicial occasions.
Exercising is a must if you want to be healthy. You don't have to go to a gym to exercise. I love hiking and camping.
This is not only a good way to create a healthy-lifestyle but it is also a great way to have some family time.
Which brings us to having fun.
One of the most important things about being healthy is being happy. If we are happy our stress levels are usually lower then someone who is unhappy. Our family plays a major part in our happiness that is why it is important to have as much quality time as possible.
Ounce you start enjoying your family you will find a lot of things that used to bother you don't seem so important any more. This doesn't mean your life is going to be perfect but it will be a lot more enjoyable.
