In-home personal training comes with multiple benefits. Lets start with the obvious. You save money on gas because you don't have to drive any where. You never have to worry about parking. My favorite you controle the air conditioning.
When a new client wants me to come to them I usually ask them why? Some of the most common reason are they feel more comfortable, or they don't like the gym environment. The most common reason is they think everyone at the gym is phsically fit and they won't fit in.

come to your home but the real benefits are your trainer can help you orginize your pantry wihich can make it easier to eat the way you should. Another benefit is he could set up an area in you home or yard so you can workout on your own.
I like in home training because it gives me the opportunity to meet the family. A lot of times your spouse or children can make it hard to stick to your diet. They don't do it on purpose they are just doing what they always do.
If I can get to know them they become my allies they can help me keep you on track. Dieting is hard and we all need help sometimes so lets get everyone on you side.

. This can be a lot of fun for the entire family. I know you have this idea in your head that you have to grunt and groan to get results. Sometimes yes but we can alse have fun while we are getting healthy.
