Obesity is Killing Us

Obesity is an epidimic in our country. If you are 100 lbs or more over your idea weight you are considered to be obese. Statistics says 8 out of 10 people over the age of 25 are overweight

Half of our children are overweight and the problem is getting worse. Being overweight itself is a problem but that is not where it ends. If you are overweight you are at risk of cotracting a lot of other health issues, such as

diabetes , heart disease, back problems and many others. The best thing for your health is to lose the extra weight. I know it is easier said then done.

We have a lot of options. Some of them you can start right away. My first suggestion is dieting. You need to get your eating under control. With proper nutrition we can beat obesity .

At the same time you can start working out. It doesn't mean you have to do anything drastic start slow. Go for walks or go swimming. I advise everyone to workout with a partner that way you can encourage each other, or help you if you need it.

Another option is Surgery . Please read this section carefully before going this route. I say this because for some people it is the best option but for others it should be a last results.

Ounce you lose the weight you may notice an increase in your enegery level. A lot of times when you are really overweight it is a struggle to breath. After losing the weight that problem should go away as well.

Now that your knees and you back stop hurting your might be able to play a game of basketball or beach volleyball. How is that golf swing? I don't know about you but I love to play sports.

If you don't want surgery and you can't control your eating Hypnossis might be a good option.

It doesn't matter which option you choose as long as you lose the weight. Go over your choices and discuss them with your family and pick the one that works best for you.
