Benefits of Using a Personal Trainers

The benefits of using personal trainers are numerous. Some you already know, some may surprise you. Let's start with the obvious ones.

Motivation: We are here to encourage you to keep going when you want to stop. I know when it starts burning you want to stop but that is when you start getting the benefits from the exercise so we talk you through it for maxium results.

Technique: When you are lifting it is normal for you to lose proper form, that is when we make correction. How many times have you heard slow down or don't swing the weights, how about do a full range of motion?

Nutration: A trainers favorite subject is nutration because we know how important it is. There are some regulars at the gym who workout very hard 5 or 6 times a week and they look the same. The reason they don't seem to be making any progress is because they are not eating correctly.

Consistency: When you are working out you want to make sure you do every rep the same. I am talking about your pace, range of motion, how hard you squeeze the muscle and how long of a break in between sets.

Cycles: It is important to cycle your workouts. If you never change your workouts you will plateau and you will stop seeing results. You might even lose some ground.

Accountability: Have you ever not gone to the gym when you know you should? If you have a trainer you are less likley to blow it off because you know we are there waiting for you. Even though you didn't want to go you will be glad you did.

Mindless: I have a lot of clients tell me they like having me there because they don't have to think. They just relax and do what I tell them.

There are lots of other benefits but I think you get the point. If you havn't used one yet give it a shot you might find you like it.
