Weight-Lifting is the Secrete
to Rapid Weight Loss

There are a lot of myths when it comes to weight-lifting. A common misconception is lifting weight makes you gain weight. I often hear people who are trying to lose weight say I only do cardio because lifting will make me gain weight. Everytime I hear that I just want to scream.

Another myth is lifting heavy makes your muscles bigger and lifting light makes them tone. The truth is it comes down to nutrition. Depending on what you eat when you eat and how much you eat determines what happens to you body. For more information click on the Nutrition Link.

I'n not saying if you are trying to lose weight you would train the same way as someone trying to gain muscle. For more details click on the appropriate link to get the information you need.

When you are weight lifting you need to change your routine on a regular basis. Usually every six weeks. Everyone is different so your schedule might be different but this a good place to start.

Weight-Lifting burns a lot of calories so if you are trying to lose weight this needs to be a part of your regular routine.
