Weight-Loss-Supplements

Weight-loss-Supplements is one of the fastest growing industries in our country. I believe it is because everyone is looking for that magic pill. we are looking for the easy way out. No one wants to diet. Well I have some good news and some bad news.

The good is some of the products out there work, the bad news is you still have to watch what you eat. The formula for losing weight is still calories in Vs calories out. There is no way around that.

2 out of 3 adults in our country are obese. Some weight-loss-supplements can help with our obesity problem. But we need to be careful because some of them can hurt us more then they help us.

Lets talk about fat burners. When you are using something like Xenadrine or Hydroxy cut you need to make sure you cycle them. What they do is they temporally bust your motabolism. I know that sounds like a good thing but there is a down side to that.

When you artificially boots your motabolism you drain your adrenal glands(they are what helps us burn calories). That is why it is important to cycle them. When I say cycle I mean use them as recommended for 30 days then stay off of them for 30 days.

If you read the bottle it says works best with sensible diet and exercise. Even though they help I still don't recommend them. If you have to eat right and workout anyway why would you risk your health?

HCG is another weight-loss-supplement. This one you have to get from your doctor. This works very well but you still have to be on a very strict diet. The up side is you will lose about a pound a day. The down side is after you come off the medication you have to really watch what you eat.

I call this the couch potato supplement because it works best if you don't workout. If I had to recommend a supplement this is the one I would recommend.

Fiber is something that is lacking in most of our diets. Go into any health food store and there is an assorment of powders and pills. Most of them seem to work so choose anyone you like.

Technically fiber does not fit into the weight loss category but it does help clean you out and that can eliminate bloating. I highly recommend fiber.

I also suggest you get a good clean protein powder as a meal replacement. You have a lot of good choices. I personaly like Isopure because it is low corbs low suger and it taste good.
